1.35oz. (30D) Silnylon

2.3oz. (70D) Silnylon

This is first quality 70D silicone-impregated ripstop nylon. No seconds here. (Seconds can be due to excessive silicone, lack of silicone, and/or blemishes.) The weight per square yard averages about 2.3 oz (1.9 oz ripstop plus about .4 oz coating). Since it is coated on both sides and between the fibers, either side can be exposed to the weather.

The silicone coating makes it strong for its weight (the silicone adds to the fabric's tear strength). It is highly waterproof, but not breathable. Seams need to be sealed with silicone seam sealer. This heavier weight is great for durable tarps, canopies, ground cloths, tent floors, and rain gear. Especially useful for bathtub floors that will see excessive wet weather. Small reinforcement grids are woven into fabric to prevent rips and runs.  The fabric is very slippery. Machine washable.

The fabric is not flame retardant; therefore, the fabric and products made from the fabric must be kept away from open flames.

1.1 oz. Breathable Ripstop Nylon

This is first quality 1.1 oz. breathable ripstop nylon. It is not coated with DWR or a flame retardant. No seconds here. This lightweight is great for jacket linings, stuff sacks, sleeping bag liners, breathable tent walls, and about anything else where you need a strong fabric but breathable. Small reinforcement grids are woven into fabric to prevent rips and runs. Machine washable.

Cuben Fiber (CTF3)

Cuben Fiber(CTF3) is a laminated fabric constructed from non-woven composite laminates utilizing DSM Dyneema® fibers. Dyneema® is a super-strong polyethylene fiber that offers maximum strength combined with minimum weight. It is up to 15 times stronger than quality steel and up to 40% stronger than Aramid fibers, both on weight for weight basis. Dyneema® floats on water and is extremely durable and resistant to moisture, UV light and chemicals.

CTF3 Cuben Fiber is especially formulated for the outdoor recreation market. It can be sewn together and/or bonded together using speciality bonding tape. It is highly waterproof, extremely strong, and is especially suited for ultra-lightweight backpacking products. Depending on the weight of the material, it is used mainly for tents, tarps, ground cloths, packs and other extremely lighweight products. Also note that Cuben Fiber is slightly clear.

The 0.51 oz/yd2 cuben fiber is perfect for ultra-lightweight tarps, tent flys, bathtub floors, and stuff sacks.

The 0.74 oz/yd2 cuben fiber is perfect for tent canopys, tent floors, bathtub floors, and ground cloths.

/> The 1.25 oz/yd2 cuben fiber is perfect for extreme condition tent canopys, tent floors, bathtub floors, and ground cloths.

The roll width of the fiber is 54". You need to order the linear 1/2 yards of the roll width. You will receive the yardage length in a continuous piece. (Please note: Due to the manufacturing process, the maximum continuous length is limited to 39.5 yards. You can order more, but there will be a cut at 39.5 yards.)

We also sell the double-sided adhesive tape that works great with Cuben Fiber fabric. It does not stick to silnylon fabrics. Just peel the celophane paper from each side and adhere it to the the Cuben Fiber to form the seam. No sewing required for most projects. Extremely strong and very water resistant. This is not the lower quality tape that some suppliers sell. This is the best UV inhibited tape that you can buy . The double-sided adhesive tape is 1/2" wide. Available by the yard and a 60 yard roll.

We also sell cuben fiber repair tape that consist of adhesive-backed Cuben Fiber. Just peel the celophane paper from one side and adhere it to the Cuben Fiber to form the repair. Great to repair rips, cuts, and tears in Cuben Fiber. Extremely strong and very water resistant. Comes in 1/2", 1", and 1.5" widths.

No-See-Um Mosquito Netting in 1.1 oz/yd and .8 oz/yd

No-see-um is a finely woven mosquito netting made from 100% polyester. This netting keeps out the small pest and is pick resistant. It is extremely lightweight and packs down to almost nothing. Under most condition with the daylight outside the tent, black netting is the easiest to see out of from inside the tent. The netting is flame retardant.

Our standard weight no-seeum averages about 1.1 oz per sq yard for normal applications. It is great for tent screens, bug tents, mesh bags, and bug bivies. We also offer the ultralightweight no-see-um which averages about .8 oz per sq yard for the minimialist, which is great for bug tents and bivies.

Tyvek

Tyvek® Hard Structure is part of a family of tough, durable sheet products used in a variety of applications. It combines all the best physical properties and characteristics of paper, film, and fabric - in one exceptional material. While most products offer water resistance or breathability, Tyvek® offers both. It is equally strong and protective in wet or dry conditions. Tyve® is lightweight, flexible, smooth, particulate free, opaque, and resistant to water, rot & mildew, chemicals, abrasion, and aging.

Tyvek® is significantly lighter than traditional fabrics or papers. Hard Structure Tyvek® styles are paper-like and have a smooth slick surface with a very low coefficient of friction. Easy to handle, lightweight, strong, and extremely durable, Tyvek® lends itself easily to a variety of applications that benefit from its unique characteristics and is easily sewn on any conventional sewing machine.  

HomeWrap Tyvek®
It is mainly used for ground cloths and tent footprints. It can be used as tent and tarp material. It has a printed side with Dupont Tyvek® spelled out thoughout the roll. The other side is plain white. The weight of the fabric is 1.6 oz/sq yard and is about 6.4 mils thick. It is very durable, water resistant, and breathable. Also t can be used for tarps and tents.

Tyvek® Loops
We sell the loops that can be attached to the perimeter or corners of the Tyvek®. The loops have reinforced tape so that you can attach them to your Tyvek®. Once you attach the loops, they do not come off. They come in a package of 4 loops that are ready to attach.

Stove Jack Flame Retardant Fabric

We sell the same flame retardant fabric that we use to make our stove jacks. It is made from 1000°F woven nylon fabric that is coated with silicone for waterproofness. It is easy to cut with a sharp knife and is easy to sew on a home sewing machine. The color is off white.

Soft Webbing - Polypropylene

Good for long term sun exposure and wet environments. Excellent for stake outs and use in ladder locs and buckles.

GrosGrain

Grosgrain has a very dull appearance with little luster. It is a firm, close-woven, fine-corded nlyon fabric that is very strong. It can be used for strengthen edges, securing line-locs, and tie outs.

Cord Locks

Mini cord lockis a very small lock for lightweight products and has a 3.5 lb spring. The ball cord lock has a 5 lb spring. The posigrip cord lock has a 9 lb spring.

Draw Cord

Polyster draw cord that is flat.

Shock Cord

This is a heavy-duty stretchy shock cord with a tough abrasion resistant nylon cover. Excellent for shock-corded tent poles.

Guyline Cordage

3/32" (2.5mm) Braided Nylon

This 3/32" (2.5mm) braided nylon with polyester core is perfect for guylines using LineLocs 3, micro clamcleats (1-3mm), and mini clamcleats (2-5mm). The cordage is weather and sun resistant and can be easily tied into knots. Comes in orange (easily visible) or olive gray with black specks (blends into most camouflage situations.) 5/32" (4mm) 550 Paracord

This 5/32" (4mm) 550 paracord military strand type III is a lightweight braided nylon rope with interwoven 7 strands for strength (550 lb). It has a smooth texture, is flexible, is perfect for guylines using mini clamcleats (2-5mm), and is used about everywhere in a camping situation. It is one of the most useful cord that you can have on any camping or survival situation. The cordage is weather and sun resistant and can be easily tied into knots. Comes in numerous colors and patterns. Adjust how much footage you need in the shopping cart.

3/32" (2.5mm) Braided Polyester and Dyneema®

This 3/32" (2.5mm) braided polyester and dyneema® is perfect for guylines using LineLocs 3 fittings and/or mini clamcleats (2-5mm). {Does not work with the micro clamcleats (1-3mm).} The cordage is weather and sun resistant and can be tied into knots. The right size to handle easily. Extremely strong for its diameter with a 450 lbs breaking strength and it does not stretch. It is tangle resistant. Comes in neon green and white (easily visible). 100% Dyneema®

This is solid braided 100% dyneema®. It is slick and slides over branches easily. It works well in micro clamcleats (1-3mm). {Does not work with the LineLoc 3 fittings.} The cordage is weather and sun resistant and can be tied into knots.

Comes in three sizes (1.4 mm, 1.75 mm, and 2.2 mm) for the right job. Extremely strong for its diameter (1.4 mm has a 330 lbs breaking strength; the 1.75 mm, 450 lbs breaking strength; and the 2.2 mm, 650 lbs breaking strength).

It is 8 strand braided and does not stretch. It is tangle resistant. Comes in international orange (easily visible). Adjust how much footage you need in the shopping cart.

Plastic LineLoc 3

The Lineloc 3 is a ladder lock for cord instead of webbing. It creates an easy way to adjust and keep cord taut. It laces and functions just like a standard ladder lock would with webbing. You just pull the cord to tighten, lift the ergonomically designed thumb tab to release. The Lineloc 3 is sewn into an application using 13 mm webbing (1/2"). It will accommodate cord from 2.5 mm to 3 mm (3/32" to 1/8"). Great for ultra-lightweight guylines.

Micro and Mini Clamcleat

This clamcleat is ideal for ultra light weight tents and tarps were weight matters. Also ideal for tarp guylines.

The micro clamcleats hold 1-3mm (approx. 1/16" to 1/8") diameter lines. The mini clamcleats hold 2-5mm (approx. 3/32" to 3/16") diameter lines.

The clamcleats use advanced tooth technology to securely hold all types of ropes and lines for the specified diameters. Quick and easy to tension and release. Will not shake loose, even in extreme conditions. Out-performs traditional alloy and plastic guy runners.

They come in three color variations:

Glow in the dark. These cleats really do glow. Put one on your bedside table and you will wonder where the light is coming from in the middle of the night. Because of their small size, these cleats work best if you are camping in woodland, where there is very low ambient light. If you are in an open field, the moonlight may be brighter than these tiny cleats.

White. These are made to fit in most situations. Easy to see in the daylight and at dusk/dawn.

NATO Green. These are made to fit in most camouflage situations. Almost impossible to see at night, in low light conditions, and in dark forage.

Continuous Coil Zippers

We stock continuous coil zippers that are cut to length. We have sizes #3 and #5 in regular and water resistent options: we also carry regular #8 zippers.

Mini Plastic Hooks/Mitten Hooks

These mini hooks are great for attaching net tents and netting to tent ties. Hang you net tent or pull out the corners of your net. Hundred of uses. Size 1 3/8" long by 9/16" wide. Each weighs about .03 oz. Black plastic.
