Custom and Repair Work
We try to provide the highest quality products and services to our customers. Custom and repair work is no exception. If you need a particular product or service, we are always open to your ideas. Whether it is one of our products, something you have designed, or repair/modification of another manufacturer's product, we are always ready to assist you. Almost nothing is too 'out there' in our minds.Some of the most popular custom work that we do:
- Expert tent and outdoor equipment repair
- Modify the sizes of our shelters and bug tents
- Add additional zippers and change the location of zippers on our shelters
- Add additional weather protection/shield around our bug tents
- Custom make vestibules for our manufacturers' tents
- Complete tents from a customer's design
- Modify other manufacturers' tents
- Add perimeter netting and/or floors to our and other manufacturers' tents
- Complete bug tent to fit under other manufacturers' tent
Our prices are extremely reasonable. Our normal turn-around time to ship is usually 1 to 2 weeks. So if you need any kind of custom work, then contact us. As always, if you are not happy with our work, we will redo it or take it back with a full refund. However for your piece of mind, we never ship out anything unless we are completely happy with the product or modification.
